Welcome to Charleston, Missouri. Located in the Heartland, just above the Bootheel, Charleston is home to 5000 (give or take a few). It lays in Mississippi County, just a few miles from the "Mighty" Mississippi River.

Charleston may be a small town, compared to most, but it has lots to offer. With the Charleston Chamber of Commerce right downtown, in the midst of everything, it would be a great place to get started! It is located at 108 E.
